If you've found the part you need and want to know what to expect before you order, this page covers everything: UK delivery costs and timescales, international shipping, and what happens with heavier or larger items.
Free delivery on orders over £150. Add your items to the basket and the delivery cost is calculated automatically based on weight, size and destination.
UK Delivery
Including Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Guernsey, Isle of Man and Jersey. All information depends on current stock availability.
Same-Day Despatch
Order by 12:30pm
Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 12:30pm or at weekends are despatched the next working day.
Delivery Timescale
1 to 3 Working Days
Standard delivery across the UK. Most orders arrive within 1 to 2 working days once despatched.
Delivery Cost
£4.50 or £6.50
Calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order. Free on orders over £150.
Order Tracking
Tracked and Non-Tracked
Tracked services include a tracking link by email. Non-tracked services receive a despatch confirmation.
Saturday and Timed Delivery
Available for many UK postcodes on request
Saturday delivery is available for most postcodes. Orders sent on a 24-hour service despatched on Friday will often arrive Saturday. Timed delivery slots are also available if you need a part delivered within a specific window.

International Delivery
Outside the UK
International shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. Add your item to the basket, select your country, and the shipping price will be shown before you pay. Pricing is set for parcels up to 2kg with no single dimension exceeding 30cm and a combined maximum parcel size of 90cm.
Import duty and VAT: We do not charge duty or VAT on orders leaving the UK. Any import duty or local tax will be assessed and charged separately by your country's customs authority on arrival. This is outside our control and varies by destination.

Oversized or Heavy Items
Orders exceeding standard parcel limits
If your order exceeds 2kg or the dimensions above, our standard auto-priced shipping rate will not cover the full cost. We'll contact you after the order is placed with the options available, including any additional shipping charges, before we despatch anything.
