We have launched a range of taps that we guarantee the main spare parts being available for at least the next 5 years or a full refund / replacement tap of same value. As we are one of the largest online spare parts companies in the UK we have launched this range with the spare parts in mind 1st. We get a lot of customers get in contact with us who have purchased taps that have a (LIFETIME) guarantee, but then the spare parts are only available for 1 year and then when you try to get them within the year they are no longer. We have stock from over 100 manufactures and can track down most of the main spare parts you require to fix your tap. 

Manufacture Guarantee:
These taps carry a 10 year warrantee* which covers all manufacture defaults, any product found to be defective during this warranty the manufacture will replace or repair. With the exception of Cartridges which carry a 3 year guarantee, and serviceable parts eg hoses, o'rings, diverters all carry a 1 year guarantee. We will guarantee the replacement cartridges be available for a minimum of 5 years, we have taps that have spare parts still available which are over 30 years old.
