My Matki shower temperature is fluctuating. Which part do I need?
Temperature drift, sudden cold runs or failure to mix usually points to a worn thermostatic cartridge inside the valve body. Cartridges are valve-specific and replaced as a unit rather than rebuilt. Identification depends on the cartridge length, diameter and spline count. Remove the cartridge if you can, photograph it from above and from the side with measurements, and email the photos. We will match it to the correct Matki replacement.
Some Matki part numbers I have seem to have been changed. Can you still supply them?
Yes. Matki has revised or superseded part codes across several ranges over the years.
