Are parts still available for original Daryl enclosures? +

How do I identify my Daryl shower seal? +
Measure the glass thickness and the "fin" length of the seal. Sending a photo of the "end-on" profile (the cross-section shape) is the most accurate way for us to match it.
My Daryl door is dropping/dragging, what do I need? +
This usually indicates worn rollers or hinges. For sliding doors (like the 400 Series), the top rollers usually bear the weight and are the first to fail. Replacing both top and bottom sets is recommended for a balanced glide.
Are Kohler Daryl and original Daryl parts the same? +
Many components remained identical following the Kohler acquisition, though some later models used updated fixing methods. We can identify which version you have based on your photos.
How can I find my Daryl model name (e.g. Cyan, Magenta)? +
Check the top corner of the glass or the bottom frame for small etchings or stickers. If these are gone, the shape of the handle and hinges are the best way for our team to determine the range name.
Can I use generic seals on my Daryl enclosure? +
We strongly advise against generic seals. Daryl glass often features specific bevels or thicknesses that generic hardware store seals cannot grip properly, leading to leaks or the seal falling off.
Do you supply replacement glass panels for Daryl? +
Due to the age of these enclosures and shipping risks, we generally do not supply full glass panels. We focus on the Supply of functional hardware like seals, hinges, and handles to repair existing glass.
