International parcels – varies in checkout

If you add the item to the basket and then select your country it will give you the price for shipping. This is set to auto price for a parcel up to 2kg and no length to be longer than 60cm and a combined Max parcel size of 90cm.

We are not able to ship over 2kg or any items longer than 60cm to an address which is outside UK Mainland, this includes Northern Ireland and Channel Islands.
If we receive your order and this is over 2kg our larger than the dimensions above we will be in contact regarding additional charges for shipping.

Direct Deliveries

Some items ordered will be shipped direct from the manufacture, for example Matki, HIB and other suppliers. If your order is a direct delivery from our supplier, you will be notified of this with their lead time. Unfortunately, in line with our shipping details above, Matki seals as well as HIB cabinets and doors can’t be shipped outside of UK mainland addresses including Northern Ireland and Channel Islands.

Delivery Times

Quoted delivery times are based on the usual delivery time from brand to brand assuming that the item is available in UK stock. Please note that some items listed are not a stocked item so will incur a longer lead time, as soon as your order has been processed by a member of our team we will acknowledge via email if there are any delays on the product/s that you have ordered.

Most parcels will be sent via Royal Mail, MyHermes or TNT depending on the weight and size of the parcel

Special Item orders

All our special item orders are advised within the product description. Special order products are usually items in a colour finish or items from a specific manufacture. All special order products are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please be aware if an item is marked as a special order product, once ordered, you are unable to cancel your order or return goods for a refund.

Thermostatic Cartridges

All thermostatic cartridges are sent out in heat-sealed packaging which is stamped on the delivery note ‘Sealed packed void once opened we can not refund’ the reason for this is that we do not know if the customer has a faulty hot water system which could be blowing the cartridges and putting a brand new valve into this and running it could blow the cartridge within that day.

Toilet Seats

All toilet seats are opened and checked in our warehouse prior to dispatch to for quality check. The hinge pack inside the toilet seat box has a label stating ‘Important Sealed Hinge Pack If Hinge Packet Is opened Toilet Seat is NON RETURNABLE, Please Check Seat Before Opening’. Please note if this sealed hinge pack is opened your right to return is VOID as we are unable to resell the seat for hygiene reasons. If you have any questions prior to fitting the toilet seat please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Restocking Charges

Only products supplied within 28 days will be considered for re-stocking. Our restocking charge is 20% of the value of goods returned. All items must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

Damaged Goods / Picking Error

If any goods arrive damaged, you must supply images of the damage along with your order number within 72 hours of delivery via email to If reported after this time we are unable to accept a claim that the item has been damaged in transit and therefore will be unable to accept the item as a return. If goods received have been attempted to be fitted we will unable to accept a claim that your item has been damaged in transit and therefore will be unable to accept the item as a return. Unless you refuse the initial delivery, please do not arrange a return as we will do this on your behalf and advise on the procedure to take regarding this.

If you have received the incorrect item or insufficient quantity, please send a picture via email to of the item that you have received along with a photograph of the label on the packaging which includes the product code. This will need to be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Please do not arrange a return as we will do this on your behalf and advise on the procedure to take regarding this.

Cancellation Policy

If an item has been ordered in error you need to notify us as soon as possible both via email and phone, if the item has not yet been dispatched we can cancel the order and issue a full refund. If goods have already been dispatched or already gone down to packaging you can return in line with our returns policy.

Returns Policy

If you are returning goods that have been ordered in error, or no longer required, you will have to arrange for the goods to be returned to us. The item and packaging must be in perfect and in resalable condition and returned within 28 days. You will need to arrange for the goods to be sent back to our warehouse and cover the costs for the return of goods, we do recommend using a tracked and signed service for more expensive items as we are not responsible for returns arranged by the customer if they are lost or damaged in transit by return. Some returns may be subject to a 20% restocking charge, please ensure that you include paperwork advising your order number in with the return.

Faulty Items

If you believe that you have received an item which is faulty you must put in writing the issue with the goods along with any pictures if applicable to We will then notify the manufactures of the faulty goods and advise on the next steps to take. The majority of products will hold a one year manufactures guarantee, on the event that a fitted product becomes faulty we will need to raise a claim with the manufactures as the guarantee is held through them and would be down to the manufactures discretion.
