These Terms and Conditions govern your use of www.bathroomspareparts.co.uk and any purchases made via the site. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Orders & Payment
- Orders are confirmed once full payment is received.
- We aim to dispatch in-stock items within 2–3 working days.
- Order updates will be sent via email.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refund orders in the event of errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.
3. Pricing
- All prices include VAT where applicable.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- The price at the time of purchase is the final price unless an error is identified.
4. Returns & Cancellations
4.1 Your Right to Return
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to return your order within 28 days of receiving your items.
To cancel your order please notify us as soon as possible.
If the item has not been dispatched, we will cancel your order including any delivery charges.
If the item has already been dispatched you will then need to arrange a return in line with our returns policy.
To qualify:
- Items must be unused and in resaleable condition
- Must include a returns form with your order number
- If the part has been ordered in error return postage is your responsibility (unless we made a mistake)
Returns outside the 28-day period will not be accepted unless the goods are faulty.
4.2 Restocking Charges
We may apply a restocking fee of 10–30% if:
- The product packaging is damaged or defaced
- The item is a special order
- The manufacturer charges a restocking fee
We will notify you if an item is considered a special order at the time of purchase.
4.3 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-refundable unless faulty or sent in error:
- Products that have been fitted or attempted to be fitted
- Thermostatic cartridges (unless sealed in original airtight packaging)
- Cabinet doors and wall profiles
- Items marked Special Order
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
Faulty or incorrect goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by email, including your order number and photos if applicable.
- We will arrange pre paid label and refund or replacement once verified.
- Items that have been fitted before reporting damage will not be eligible for a refund.
- We may inspect or test returned items before authorising a refund.
- Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers are entitled to a repair or replacement for faulty goods, provided the seller is given the opportunity to assess and resolve the issue first.

If remedial work is carried out (including refitting, replacing, or hiring a professional) before contacting us and without our prior agreement, we will not be held responsible for any third-party costs. This includes but is not limited to labour charges, plumber call-outs, access costs, or parts purchased elsewhere.

We strongly advise contacting us before any remedial action is taken so we can assist and provide a suitable resolution.

In the event that a fitted item becomes faulty, we would need to raise a claim with the manufacture as the guarantee is held with the manufacturer.

If the item is fitted please do not arrange your own return we will advise you of the next steps.
6. Delivery
- We use a range of courier services. Most items arrive within 2–3 working days.
- Delivery to international or remote locations may take longer and be subject to additional charges.

We are not responsible for any delays, incorrect items, or damages that result in costs related to booked contractors or tradespeople.
Please ensure all goods are delivered and checked before booking any installation work.
7. Product Images & Descriptions
Images and specifications are based on manufacturer-provided content and are for reference only.
Products may occasionally vary in colour or design due to manufacturer updates, but the product code and function will remain the same.
8. Special Orders
Special orders are:
- Items ordered specifically at your request
- Not held in stock
- Marked as non-returnable at checkout
They cannot be cancelled once ordered and are only refundable if deemed faulty by Bathroom Spare Parts or the manufacturer.
9. Privacy & Data Use
We collect only the data needed to process your order and provide service (e.g. name, address, contact details, order history).
- Your information is shared only with delivery providers, review platforms (e.g. Trustpilot), and payment/fraud prevention services where necessary.
- We do not sell or share your data for marketing unless you opt in.

10. Warranty & Complaints
We comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If your product is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a replacement, or refund within a reasonable timeframe.

- Installation costs due to incorrect or late items

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
